Modern Grodziskie
Modern Grodziskie
This unique variant of the hillfort shows how susceptible this beautiful style is to modifications. On the other hand, it is an exploration of the wealth of new Polish hop varieties. To get to know their qualities with each brew, we decided to use a different hopping scheme in each batch. Below, by checking the expiration date, you will see what varieties we used and you will be able to assess their impact on the taste and aroma of the beer. When cold, we always use approximately 650 g of hops per 1 hl of beer to maintain a balance between the classic grodzisz and the influence of new Polish hop varieties. The beer that leaves the brewhouse is the same. We use Polish hops for bittering, Zula for the mash and Exp 2/20 for the settling tun. But then we change the proportions of hops in each batch.
