Results of the 2023 Beer Competition in the Variation on the Grodzisk beer category

Among the final beers in the variations there were also grodzies with fruit pulps, flowers or kveik fermented with yeast. The choice was not easy at all, so we congratulate Kacper!

Results of the 2022 Beer Competition in the Variation on the Grodzisk beer category

In the "Variation" category, there were 10 beers in the finals. The remaining beers qualified for the variation final: Maciej Palusiński - Grodziskie with zest and lime juice and juniper berry infusion Bartosz Barczyk - Grodziskie with Citra hops and roasted malt Piotr Bronicki - Grodziskie with cereal coffee and oatmeal Paweł Wilczyński - Grodziskie with lemongrass From This year, we used the electronic BAP system for grading, thanks to which we did not use a single sheet of paper for records, and the brewers received grades for their beers from three judges moments after the results were announced on the stage in Grodzisk. Congratulations to all the finalists, see you next year with a glass of Grodzisz with pineapple and rosemary 😉
