Białe is a Belgian wheat beer renowned for its refreshing qualities. Light and smooth, owing to the addition of unmalted wheat.
In our interpretation of the style, we have opted to break up the traditional recipe with natural lime juice, thus bringing an extra citrus note to this unique beer.
Light beer, top-fermenting. Pasteurised. Turbidity and sediment are natural characteristics of the product. Ingredients: water, pilsner barley malt, wheat, oat flakes, direct-pressed lime juice (1.8%), bittering hops, Grodzisk yeast.
