Behind each of our beers are years of Grodzisk brewing tradition. However, we constantly look for beer challenges, creating new recipes and reaching for original additives. Brewing out of the box is our tradition.
Grodziska APA is our vision of American Pale Ale. We brew our beer using the original Grodzisk yeast with an original composition of Polish hop varieties. You will discover herbal, citrus and fruit aromas, and a well-balanced bitterness. The flavour is hoppy and malty, with a delicate caramel touch, drinkable and very refreshing.
Light, top-fermenting beer. Pasteurised. Naturally clouded. Ingredients: water from Grodzisk Wielkopolski, barley malt: Pilsner malt, pale caramel malt, oak-smoked wheat malt, hops: Cascade PL, Lubelski, Marynka, Magnum PL, ‘Grodzisk’ yeast.
