This year’s edition is a Grodziskie with pineapple and rosemary. Brewed according to Kacper Specyał’s winning recipe of the Grodzisk 2022 Homebrew Beer Competition.
While more substantial than the classic version, the beer seems light on the palate. Owing to the addition of juice as early as at the fermentation stage, the fruit does not bring excessive sweetness to the beer.
Pale, top-fermenting, pasteurised beer. Turbidity and sediment are natural characteristics of the product. INGREDIENTS: water from Grodzisk Wlkp., oak-smoked wheat malt, freshly pressed pineapple juice (6%), bittering variety hops, Tomyski hops, rosemary (0.1%), ‘Grodzisk’ yeast.
