Behind each of our beers are years of Grodzisk brewing tradition. However, we constantly look for beer challenges, creating new recipes and reaching for original additives. Brewing out of the box is our tradition.
Grodzisk White IPA has been dry-hopped with German Hallertau Blanc, American Equinox and Japanese Sorachi Ace varieties. This cosmopolitan hop composition builds the beer’s citrus-tropical profile and brings in fruity and floral notes. Sencha Earl Grey tea leaves have been added at the end of fermentation, enriching our White IPA with a tea note and a touch of bergamot.
Light, top-fermenting beer. Pasteurised. Turbidity and sediment are natural characteristics of the product. Ingredients: water from Grodzisk Wlkp., pilsner barley malt, wheat malt, rye malt, hops: Hallertau Blanc, Sorachi Ace, Eukanot, Magnum, green tea Sencha Earl Grey 0.3%, ‘Grodzisk’ yeast.
