This is Kacper Specyał’s third winning interpretation of Grodzisk beer! This time, the crispness of the classic Grodzisk beer has been complemented by the addition of Suska Sechlońska and dried cascara, added during fermentation. Kacper used cascara from Just Brew near Poznań, so we followed the same approach. The rich smokiness of the malt and smoked plum is complemented by Colombian cascara from San Adolfo (a Pink Bourbon variety).
A top-fermented, pasteurized pale ale. Ingredients: water from Grodzisk Wielkopolski, oak-smoked wheat malt, suska sechlońska (1%), cascara (1%), hops, Grodzisk yeast.
